The Culinary Olympics ranks as one of the highest levels of international culinary competition
many countries and regional teams participating once every four years in every faculty in the
culinary arts. This year, our team Trillium Chefs, Canada will be participating in Erfurt Germany,
facing the best chefs around the world with the same objective in mind, the Quest for Gold and
the recognition amongst our peers for that esteem achievement.
The Trillium Chefs Canada is a self-funded team comprising of talented individuals dedicated to
the culinary arts and have the desire to maintain Canada’s presence as a formidable culinary
powerhouse. Our rich heritage, agricultural resource and home for global cultures give us the
opportunity to utilize this attribute to showcase and promote our own unique style of cuisine.
